Dear Valued Patients, Friends and Colleagues,

Thank you for sharing your skin care journey with us!  We partner with premium cosmeceutical companies to offer carefully crafted skin care products that complement your customized skin care regimen.

The quality of your skin care and the results of your treatment are of utmost importance to us.

For your safety and best experience, we wish to clarify our return policy.

Cosmeceuticals are cosmetic products with medicinal properties and therapeutic functions. Just like prescription medications which are designed for anti-aging purposes, the active ingredients may cause skin irritation, especially initially. It is also possible to experience skin irritation caused by excipients or inactive ingredients in any skin care product.

When you experience an adverse reaction to any skin care product purchased at our office, please contact us, as mild skin irritation at the beginning of your treatment may be transient and anticipated, and you may still benefit from the product, with gradual, continued use. If you wish to return the product for a refund, please bring in the product and complete a report with details of your adverse reaction. This report will be submitted to the respective cosmeceutical company for review and investigation, to help us better understand your reaction to the specific product, address any problem that may be caused by the product, and provide further guidance in your skin care.

When you experience an adverse reaction to one product from a company, there is no guarantee that you would not have a similar reaction to another product, because you may have a reaction to inactive ingredients which may be present in various products, manufactured by the same company.

Thus, while we are happy to honor the return and refund of a product you had an adverse reaction to, we do not recommend or offer exchanges for another product from the same company, because we are unable to guarantee your safety or satisfaction, without proper evaluation.

We only accept returns of used skin care products, in the event of an adverse reaction, for up to 30 days after the purchase date.
