Our office and phone lines including voicemails are closed from Thurs, 06/11/26 through Friday, 06/19/26, due to all office staff being out of the country attending an International Dermatology Meeting. Voicemails will be turned off during this time, and we advise you to call back upon our return on 06/23/26.
Please do not leave any urgent messages on our website or on your patient portal, as messages will not be checked, due to limited and unsecured connectivity. Our office staff will answer any messages upon return on Tues, 06/23/26. If you are trying to get a hold of our team between Thurs, June 11th – Mon, June 22nd, please check back with us on our next business day, Tuesday, June 23rd between 7:00-4:30pm.
For Prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy and your Pharmacy will fax us your request. The requests will be taken care of upon our return.
As for requesting new prescription will need to wait until we are back in the office. If you have an urgent matter, we advise you to contact your primary care doctor, visit the nearest urgent care, or emergency department.
